Malik Adegbola
Art director
Canada
I’m Malik Adegbola, an art director based in Canada.
My work sits somewhere between design, imagery, and storytelling. I’m drawn to quiet compositions, strong visual language, and the small details that make something feel considered. The work is often minimal, but never empty. It is built around feeling, clarity, and restraint.
At Autodesk, I work across brand identity, imagery direction, and creative systems, helping shape how ideas show up across teams, campaigns, events, and digital spaces. My approach is simple: make the idea clear, make the execution thoughtful, and make the final work feel like it belongs.
Outside of this, my practice is shaped by taste, culture, typography, AI assisted exploration, and a love for well designed things. I’m interested in the way objects, images, spaces, clothes, music, and everyday moments can hold meaning without needing to explain too much.
I’m still learning, collecting, testing, and refining. Looking for the balance between structure and emotion. Between what is useful and what is beautiful. Between what feels designed and what feels human.
